2. What data we collect and why
This website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. We collect personal data only in the following case:
Email enquiries. When you send us an email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a potential business relationship.
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): Processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to incoming business communications, and — where a contract is being negotiated or performed — on the necessity to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. Data retention
Email correspondence is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law (e.g. accounting or tax obligations under Czech law, which may require retention for up to 10 years). Data no longer needed is securely deleted.
4. Cookies
This website uses no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
The hosting infrastructure (Vercel Inc.) may set technically necessary cookies or store session data required for basic site delivery (e.g. load balancing, security). These are strictly necessary for the website to function and do not require your consent under GDPR and the Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. (Electronic Communications Act).
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking service.
5. Data processors
We use the following third-party services that may process personal data on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and content delivery. Vercel is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See their privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement.
- Google LLC (USA) — email via Google Workspace (Gmail), used to receive and respond to enquiries. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See their privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any other third parties.
6. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten") where applicable (Art. 17 GDPR)
